Have you ever been surrounded by toxic co-workers or find yourself working for a toxic boss?

It's not a nice environment to be in.
You feel stuck because you may need the money but you wish you could be somewhere else.
You go to work and just do what you have to do and leave. Right?
When this happens, I blame the leader. Do you?
