My guest for this episode is Rebecca Rodriguez. Rebecca has spent 22 years in the social sector, starting in fundraising, then onto operations.   She is the Principal Consultant at For the Philanthropist and author of The Nonprofit Workbook:  Tips & Best Practices for Start-ups Serving the Greater Common Good.  Working with donors as well as nonprofits, her areas of expertise are program development, grant administration, and sustainability.   Rebecca has worked for global organizations, including JA Worldwide, Goodwill, and Biblica. She has extensive experience working with grassroots and start-up organizations and has served as a volunteer and on various advisory committees.   Rebecca earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado. Her home is the Texas Hill Country in the Highland Lakes area.  When she is not writing or working with clients, she loves to paddle board.
