Description

How detailed should a lead magnet be in terms of process and methods? How detailed should a lead magnet be in terms of process and methods? Josiah, thank you for asking us since we had a call earlier, and I love this, and thank you for buying the new course. Um, the lighthouse method, um, Josiah, because this is going to be covered, but I'm going to give everybody a bonus gift right now and I'm just going to cover it here before I do it in another. Video. So how detailed should a lead back to be in terms of processes and methods? So the first thing is, is what a lead magnet shouldn't be is distracting, overwhelming, long, useless, and ideas. And I said this in a video I did earlier in the new course ideas, or for blog posts, processes, or for lead magnet. So giving me the five tips. To lose five pounds is a blog post, not a lead magnet. Giving me the five tips to lose five pounds and the seven minute daily routine that will help you do it in seven days or less is a lead magnet. Ideas belong in content. Processes and methods belong in lead magnets. So the question should be, the question is, how detailed should a lead magnet be in terms of process and methods as minimally detailed as required to take your customer from their before state to their after state with no back doors and a very clear path to follow. One focus at a time. So desire, if you are going to call the Novak method and your lead magnet is the Novak method. If you're ever Smith that has nine areas of focus, I would say that your Novak method would be a mini process with three areas of focus, right? So right off the bat, I'm just going to make a very tangible, easy example. If I know my job is to empower men to love their bodies through daily practice, then I know that the three areas I'm going to work with them on to begin with are sleep. Movement and nutrition. And so what I like to do is I'd like to kind of think of things as the rule of threes, right? So if I do this and I say, okay, so I'm going to make the Novak model, right, the Novak method for you, and I'm going to help men love themselves through their daily practices using sleep, movement, and nutrition. Well, now my model, my three lanes are sleep, movement, and nutrition. So what I like to do is then, if I'm teaching you. I want to teach you three things under each one, and then require you to do one of each every single day. So basically, beginner level is three out of nine. Intermediate level is six out of nine and I'm a rock star. Overachiever is nine out of nine every single day, right? So. We can teach you about sleep, the mistakes people make, but no matter what are your daily practice, I want you to make sure the first thing you do every morning is get naturally vitamin D or red light therapy before your electronics go on. I want to make sure that you block out your entire room every single night, and I want to make sure you turn off all your electronics an hour before bed, and those three items belong in the checklist. Okay? So then nutrition. Well, what I want you to do every morning when you wake up, the first thing you do every day is you have 16 ounces of water with a little bit of sea salt and lime. The next thing I want you to do is I want you to start your day with a green smoothie that includes at least two out of these 10 vegetables that I put on this list. And then I want you to plan your meals for that day after that smoothie with intentionality as a container. Those are your three items for nutrition and then movement. What are the first three things I want you to do? I want you to get your heart rate above one 30. Every morning within 10 minutes of getting out of bed. Notice how I didn't say I wanted your heart rate elevated. I wanted your heart rate elevated above 130 beats per minute for a sustained period of 60 seconds. Then I want you to commit to walking at least a mile a day in solitude and silence. And then I want to make sure that you get at least 10 minutes of elevated h
