Women are conditioned from birth to say yes to please others. If this is something you struggle with you are not alone. Many women feel they can't put their energy, time and bodies first. When you say yes to things you don’t have time to do, what you don’t see is all the things you are saying no too.In this episode I sit down with Carol Nedov, client and psychotherapist and we discuss why women have such a hard time saying no to things they don't want to do.  Why it's so important to learn how to say no confidently and no feel guilty about it. Carol also talks about her upbringing and how it impacted her ability to say no and how you can start prioritising yourself and start saying no with confidence.
