Believe that anxiety doesn't have authority in your life anymore.

Ability to be yourself
Belief in yourself
Your fullest potential
Your faith
Have a conversation with it. Uninvite it. Declare its authority voided.
Increase your awareness of anxiety - and your role in it (when does it happen and what are your thoughts … emotional ownership and personal responsibility --- I used to say "I can't help it, I'm just anxious," or "I don't know why I'm anxious." … we always know deep down, but we need to slow down and be curious and patient with ourselves to really know why.
Stop describing yourself as an anxious person. The way you speak about yourself matters.
Actively manage your anxiety daily. Know what works best for you.

4 STEPS TO ALLEVIATE YOUR ANXIETY
Write it Out
Anxious thoughts can compound and cloud out every other emotion leading to overwhelm and panic attacks). Write down exactly what your anxious thought is when you first feel it, and you'll be better able to manage it and keep it from becoming bigger than it needs to be.
