Dawnelle creatively uses chin locks to help stimulate the thyroid gland - an important gland that deals with metabolism and weight control - and works to increase the heart rate and create heat in the body to help you burn fat and increase muscle mass. This is a challenging and vigorous class that will work as a great tool to help you lose weight and keep it off, all while toning and sculpting your body and creating lean muscle mass throughout the entire body.
