Greg Faxon is a consultant, accomplished Spartan Racer, blogger, and positive psychology enthusiast. In this episode Greg explores what it means to live deliberately. Greg explains his background in obstacle racing as a natural transition from his years of high school and collegiate wrestling. Greg found obstacle racing while in his undergrad at Wesleyan and has had success at Spartan Racing, competing in Spartan World Championships in 2013. He discusses his training and what he thinks about when racing. Greg then explores interesting phenomena within positive psychology and how this intersects with his work as a marketing consultant for HawkPartners. Lastly, Greg discusses mentors who have inspired him and what he is looking forward to for 2014.
