Chapter 1: The first 28 tips you need to know
1. Believe in yourself and in your ability to do what you set out to do.
You are unique and special, and you have so much to offer the world. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise or make you feel less.
Exercise: Make a list of all the things you like about yourself and what you are good at. Read it every day and add something new when you can.
2. Set clear and realistic goals for what you want to achieve.
Think about what you are passionate about, what you enjoy, what makes you happy. Then, think about the steps you need to take to get there. Write them down on a piece of paper and put it in a visible place.
Exercise: Draw a picture of how you imagine yourself accomplishing your goal. Place it next to your list of steps and look at it often for motivation.
