Walter's Barbecue Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pound pizza dough
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup cornmeal (for dusting)
Steps:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Dust a baking sheet with cornmeal to prevent sticking, then roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.
Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded chicken and sliced red onion over the sauce.
Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Walter's Barbecue Sweet and Tangy Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
Steps:
In a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir to combine the ingredients.
Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to the saucepan, stirring well to incorporate the flavors.
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as needed.
Allow the sauce to simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
