    1.ROAST TURKEY WITH Herb Stuffing

    Ingredients:

    ●  1 whole turkey (about 12-15 pounds)

    ●  1 loaf of bread (preferably stale), cut into cubes

    ●  1 onion, diced

    ●  3-4 cloves of garlic, minced

    ●  3-4 stalks of celery, diced

    ●  1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

    ●  2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped

    ●  2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

    ●  2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

    ●  1/2 cup butter

    ●  Salt and pepper to taste

    ●  2-3 cups chicken or turkey broth

    ●  Olive oil

    Instructions:

    ★  Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

    ★  Prepare the stuffing: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, and celery. Sauté until they start to soften, about 5-7 minutes. Add in the chopped herbs (parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme) and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

    ★  In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes with the sautéed vegetable and herb mixture. Season generously with salt and pepper. Gradually pour in the chicken or turkey broth, mixing until the bread is moistened but not soggy.

    ★  Prepare the turkey: Remove the giblets and neck from the turkey cavity. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels both inside and out. Season the cavity with salt and pepper.

    ★  Stuff the turkey: Loosely fill the turkey cavity with the prepared stuffing. Be sure not to overpack it, as the stuffing will expand during cooking. Any extra stuffing can be baked separately in a dish.

    ★  Truss the turkey by tying the legs together with kitchen twine. Tuck the wings underneath the body or secure them with additional twine to prevent burning.

    ★  Rub the outside of the turkey with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

    ★  Place the stuffed turkey on a rack in a roasting pan, breast side up. Cover the breast loosely with foil to prevent it from over-browning.

    ★  Roast the turkey in the preheated oven. The cooking time will vary depending on the size of the turkey. A general rule is about 15 minutes per pound, but it's essential to use a meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the thigh without touching the bone. The turkey is done when the temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    ★  Halfway through cooking, remove the foil covering the breast to allow it to brown.

    ★  Once the turkey reaches the correct temperature, remove it from the oven and let it rest for at least 20-30 minutes before carving. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a moist turkey.

    ★  Carve the turkey and serve with the delicious herb stuffing alongside your favorite sides!

    2.Cranberry Glazed Ham

    Ingredients:

    ●  1 fully cooked ham (about 8-10 pounds)

    ●  1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

    ●  1/2 cup brown sugar

    ●  1/4 cup Dijon mustard

    ●  1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

    ●  1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

    Instructions:

    ★  Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

    ★  Score the surface of the ham: Using a sharp knife, lightly score the top of the ham in a crisscross pattern. This helps the glaze to penetrate and flavor the ham.

    ★  In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberry
