My perfect festive lunch

LAST MONTH I gave readers a handy six-point plan that would enable some forward preparation for the Christmas meal without too much fuss.

To remind you of the headings, they were: Make a Plan, Make some Space, Prepare the Mains early, Make Vegetables Special, Lighten Up the Desserts and Be Creative with Leftovers.

Here are some of my favourite Christmas lunch recipes; I hope you will like them, especially the vegetables. They are a brilliant change from the usual. Merry Christmas.
