    Do you ever feel like your worries are causing you sleeplessness?

    Well, Hello and welcome to this guided sleep meditation for stress relief. 

    On the off chance that you have been battling with stress today or considerably in the course of recent weeks or months, you may have discovered that due to the stress and worries, you have been battling to rest as well.

    Before we start, ensure that you are in an absolutely comfortable environment.

    Lie in a place that you could easily snooze.

    Great.
