A Simple Guide to Mental Wellness - E.A. Quintana LCSW M.S.
Intro:
I wanted to write this book for the purpose of using it as a general guide to maintain and develop healthy mental health habits. All of us can benefit from reminders that can help us manage our emotions, develop healthy perspectives, and manage our daily lives. This includes when faced with difficult challenges and conflicts as it becomes hard to recollect what has worked for us in the past and our brains can struggle finding the right resources or strategies to help us navigate. I wanted to write something simple and straight forward to help people access. My hope is to inspire critical thinking of an individual’s mental health and to make it a priority. This book is also geared to help spark further thoughts and exploration tactics to help create strategies for the reader. Mental health can be individualized and be modeled into what the individual person may need. There are helpful tips, questions, and concepts that can be further processed by the reader.i

Name two or three recent successes and why you consider them success:
3. Be Creative: Sometimes we get bored, unmotivated, or just lack energy to do our normal routine, tasks, or any type of activities. During These times we can learn to be creative in generating self-motivation. Thinking outside the box can be helpful. Everyone’s own internal drive can be triggered in different ways therefore exploring in understanding yourself can be
