INTRODUCTION
Life is a process of change. Sometimes everything is fine and sometimes not so much. It is in those moments of adversity where we need to act and learn from problems so as not to remain paralyzed. Many people find it difficult to step out of their comfort zone and have the guts to face the world.
This is even more important today, where changes happen faster. If we do not adapt in time, we can fall into the vicious cycle of stress. Therefore, we need to have strategies to identify the cause of the difficulties and use them to our benefit.
Happiness is not a state that is reached but a constant search. We know that life is not rosy but is full of nuances. In this thread of ideas, we find that motivation is a powerful tool to remove the stones from the road and bring us closer to the fulfillment of personal goals.
That is why we have developed this guide, to help you become aware of what is keeping you from moving forward and provide you with valuable advice based on the research I have done. In the end, I hope this information is useful to contribute to your quality of life and become the best version of yourself.

MOTIVATION FOR HARD TIMES
Complicated times are usually temporary situations; sometimes that time is short and other times it lasts longer than we would like. When we are faced with a difficult situation in our lives, people lose motivation, lose focus and desire, and can even plunge into depression or a serious state of mind. How many times have we wanted to stay in bed the rest of the day, the week, or the month? If life is becoming more and more complex for us, the tendency is to want to take a break—flee from the situation or ignore it. But neither of these two decisions can be good in the long run.
Having the power to face situations and wield the right tools to do so is the only thing that can help us overcome a losing streak. Leaving ourselves abandoned or putting aside our daily life for an intense sea of emotions is a mistake, as is pretending that everything is fine and continuing life ignoring that sea that roars within you. You must learn to find a middle ground between letting your emotions surface and respecting their processes and moving on with life.
Feeling motivated is important in every aspect of our life, and you will learn this as you progress through each chapter. But it's especially crucial to motivate yourself when you're going through tough times. It is these moments when our world and our perception tend to mature, change, or evolve. When we are exposed to unpleasant situations, we do not have many options, and the best of them is to respond favorably in the future. This translates to learning from them.
When, despite our state of mind, we can rescue a little motivation in our day-to-day life, it becomes much easier to overcome current and future problems. It is important to keep in mind that a bad moment leaves important messages and teachings. If you keep that in mind, you can find the motivation you lost. But do not worry; if you still feel that nothing is worth it, I’ll provide a list of tips that can help you.
