For many people that sense of ‘feeling good’ comes from getting away from ‘feeling bad’ – they want to escape boredom or hide from depressing or mask pain. They seek pleasure in things that, ultimately make matters worse – junk food, alcohol, drugs, social media… In this podcast, I’ll show how we can be motivated by things that inspire us and lead us towards health, fulfilment and achievement.
