One of the problems that are increasing the most in our society are all the pathologies that revolve around the mismanagement of physical stress and emotional on a day-to-day basis.

Talking about health implies talking about all the variables that will affect the proper functioning of your body. In that sense, we have to talk about variables such as nutrition, such as sports, such as supplementation, the quality of sleep and also the management of your emotions.
Every time we live in times with more stress, with more emotional processes that affect the proper functioning of your body. In the 21st century, more and more doctors observe how in their office there are patients who come with certain physical symptoms, but behind them there is an emotional component such as excess adrenaline release, excess cortisol release, somatization at the level of the intestine, cardiovascular, hypertension, arrhythmias, lack of oxygen when breathing, headaches, sleep disturbances and so on.
