ആസു്പത്രി ജാലകം മലയാളം കവിത

1983-84 കാലഘട്ടത്തിലു് എഴുതപ്പെട്ടതാണു് 'ആസു്പത്രി ജാലകം' എന്ന ഈ പുസു്തകത്തിലെ എട്ടു് കവിതകളും. മുഖവുരയായി എഴുതപ്പെട്ടതാണു് 'അറിവു് പൊതുസ്വത്താണു്' എന്ന ലേഖനം. കൂടാതെ അവസാനഭാഗത്തു് 'ആസു്പത്രി ജാലകത്തി൯റ്റെ ആഘാതം' എന്ന ഒരു ചെറുലേഖനവുമുണു്ടു്. ഈ കവിതകളു് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിനു് കേരളത്തിലെ ഏകദേശം മുഴുവ൯ പത്രമാസികകളും വിസമ്മതിച്ചു. പ്രമുഖ പബ്ലിഷിംഗു് കമ്പനികളു് പുസു്തകമാക്കാ൯ മടിച്ചു. ഒരു ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തി ജന്നലിലൂടെ അകത്തേയു്ക്കു നോക്കുന്നവനും അകത്തു് ജോലി ചെയുുതുകൊണു്ടു് പുറത്തേയു്ക്കു നോക്കുന്നവനും കാണുന്ന വ്യത്യസു്തമായ കാഴു്ച്ചകളും കാഴു്ച്ചപ്പാടുകളുമാണു് ചിത്രീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു്. ഇതിലു്പ്പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ഓരോ സംഭവവും നടന്നതാണു്- സാങ്കലു്പികമല്ല. ഇതിലെ ഓരോ കുറ്റവാളിയെയും പ്രമുഖ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ൯മാരും ഉന്നത രാഷ്ട്രീയനേതാക്ക൯മാരും സംരക്ഷിച്ചില്ലായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലു് പലരും ഇപ്പോഴും ജയിലിലു്ക്കിടക്കുകയായിരുന്നേനെ. നിങ്ങളു് സംശയിക്കുന്നപോലെത്തന്നെ, ഇ൯റ്റേണലു് നോളെജു് ഇല്ലാതെ ഇതെഴുതുക സാദ്ധ്യമല്ല.

ഇതെഴുതിയയാളു്ക്കു് മുപ്പത്തിമൂന്നുവ൪ഷത്തെ മുഴുവ൯ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും മുഴുക്കെ പ്രൊമോഷനുകളും കേരളസംസ്ഥാന ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പു് നിഷേധിച്ചു. ഇ൯ഡൃ൯ പ്രസിഡ൯റ്റി൯റ്റെ ഓഫീസും ദേശീയ മനുഷ്യാവകാശക്കമ്മീഷനും പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുപോലും നലു്കിയില്ല. ദേശീയ മനുഷ്യാവകാശക്കമ്മിഷ൯ അവരുടെ അന്തിമ വിധിയിലു് ഒടുവിലു് പ്രതിപക്ഷം ചേ൪ന്നു. 'നിയമമൊന്നും പ്രശു്നമല്ല, നമ്മട അണ്ണച്ചിയെപ്പറയുന്നോ?' ഇതാണു് കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പി൯റ്റെ നിലപാടു്. ഈ മനുഷ്യാവകാശപ്പ്രശു്നത്തിലിടപെടാ൯ സംസ്ഥാന മനുഷ്യാവകാശക്കമ്മിഷനും, ലോകായുക്തയും വിസമ്മതിച്ചു.

കേരളത്തിലെ ഉന്നതാധികാരിവ൪ഗ്ഗം പൊതുജനങ്ങളിലു്നിന്നും ഒളിച്ചുവെയു്ക്കുന്ന ആരോഗ്യമേഖലയിലെ മനുഷ്യാവകാശലംഘനങ്ങളെ പൊതുജനശ്രദ്ധയിലു്പ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള ഒരു എളിയസംരംഭമാണു് 'ആസു്പത്രി ജാലക'മെന്ന ഈ കൃതി.
