About this ebook
Please note: This is a companion version & not the original book. Book Preview:
#1 You can overcome your pessimism by thinking about all the good things in life, and how everything will work out in the end. It just takes some work to consistently execute on this new way of thinking.
#2 This book will not teach you to become an unrealistic optimist or someone who views life through rose-colored glasses. It will not give you permission to constantly borrow trouble, thinking about potential problems that may never materialize.
#3 The human brain is wired to focus on problems, and this tendency is called problem-centric thought. It is the opposite of RSF, which is the focus on solutions and progress. PCT negatively impacts your quality of life and ability to perform at a high level.
#4 The point is that everyone needs to fight against PCT and mental weakness. Mental weakness is natural, and it can defeat us if we don’t learn how to see it when it is happening.

#1
You can overcome your pessimism by thinking about all the good things in life, and how everything will work out in the end. It just takes some work to consistently execute on this new way of thinking.
#2
This book will not teach you to become an unrealistic optimist or someone who views life through rose-colored glasses. It will not give you permission to constantly borrow trouble, thinking about potential problems that may never materialize.
#3
The human brain is wired to focus on problems, and this tendency is called problem-centric thought. It is the opposite of RSF, which is the focus on solutions and progress. PCT negatively impacts your quality of life and ability to perform at a high level.
#4
The point is that everyone needs to fight against PCT and mental weakness. Mental weakness is natural, and it can defeat us if we don’t learn how to see it when it is happening.
#5
Saying that Alfonso Soriano achieved greatness is an understatement. He began his professional baseball career in 1996 in Hiroshima. He was signed by the Yankees to play in the minor league in 1998, and he was named most valuable player in the All-Star Futures Game in 1999 after hitting two home runs. He made his first appearance in Major League Baseball with the Yankees in 2002.
#6
The most valuable resource for our species is oxygen, yet we rarely, if ever, focus on the fact that we have an abundance of it. We usually focus on what we don’t have, such as money, love, or time.
#7
When you allow yourself to look at life through the normal, problem-focused lens, you see and feel more negativity. RSF is not about learning to look through rose-colored glasses, but rather learning to see the world and your life experience through accurately focused lenses.
