    Coconut Oatmeal

    Servings: 6 

    Preparation Time: 25 minutes   

    Ingredients 

    •  1 cup shredded dried coconut flakes  

    •  3 cups coconut milk  

    •  3 cups water  

    •  ¼ cup psyllium husks  

    •  ½ cup coconut flour  

    •  1 ½ tsp vanilla extract  

    •  ½ tsp cinnamon  

    •  ½ cup granulated stevia  

    Directions

    Add all of the ingredients into the Multi-Cooker and stir together briefly  

    Place the lid on and set the steamer valve to seal. Set the pressure cooker function to 1 minute (it will take about 10 minutes to come to pressure).  When the oatmeal is done, do a quick pressure release by opening the steamer valve carefully. Serve while hot
