About this ebook

'Every day techniques to control your anxiety'

'This book helped me to find my own way to control my anxiety'

This book is a quick guide with a simple collection of messages, exercises, or reminders that can be randomly read in order to help people to feel less stressed and re-gain control of how they are feeling and behaving in difficult situations.
This collection of stress management practices is the result of years of personal trial and error attempts to control anxiety when it's getting out of control. The author has tested and learn different simple and fast tactics and has selected the most effective methods that helped her to avoid entering an anxiety spiraling cycles. The book does not promise to offer a definitive solution for people who suffer from anxiety or stress, but it's rather a tool to help people finding their own way of controlling their emotions.
