    What is Depression?

    Depression is the state where a person is melancholic and sad most of the time. It is the state where a person feels as though he is damned to eternal sadness and melancholy without certainty of being well again. Positivity and zeal for life is lost for the moment. The depressed person needs a lot of things for him to be well again and is dependent on everything to make the situation better or worse.

    Whether we like it or not, because of the changes in society, and all the pressures we encounter every day, we may have been depressed before without even realizing it. We may experience depression on something now without actually knowing it, because it is a subconscious process.

    Depression is a highly vulnerable situation for any person. It could eat one person inside out, having this collapsed feeling inside of us. You could be feeling lonely or depressed for a long period of time without even noticing it. That’s because you have worked up a way to live with sadness, sorrow and grief.

    Depression is often coupled with angst, anger and terminal sadness. The person under its spell often feels like he is condemned into sadness. He
