Integrating Our Fears and the "Pending Tasks" Of Anxiety – from the Trilogy “Essential Emotions”: Manual 2 of 3 -: Trilogy: "ESSENTIAL EMOTIONS - The True Way Back Home", #3
()
About this ebook
The Trilogy "ESSENTIAL EMOTIONS - The True Way Back Home" includes 3 manuals: "INTEGRATING OUR LOSSES", "INTEGRATING OUR FEARS" (this manual) and "INTEGRATING OUR ANGER", all of them available in a single volume, or separately. This is the first set of manuals in my editorial series INNER CONNECTION IN 8 STEPS. The intention of this Trilogy is to facilitate and train the recognition, expression and healthy integration of 3 of our elemental emotions: SADNESS, FEAR (this manual) and ANGER, so that your responses to the situations that trigger these experiences in you, can be conscious, coherent and, therefore, healthy, constructive and "evolutionary". My approach, Inner Connection, privileges the value of our elemental nature, in whose codes are inscribed the guides of our coherent and healthy responses to each situation, especially those in which our emotionality has a leading role and function. This is the basis of the concepts, reflections and practices to which I invite you.
Why do I use the expressions "to integrate", "integrating"? Well, "Integration" is a word that is commonly defined as "the process of combining into a whole, into a single unit", which, ultimately, is what this series is about: returning to our true home, to who we truly are, linking together the whole pieces that configures us, from our origins and our passage through life. As I will tell you in the Introduction of this manual, from my point of view, achieving this, in a conscious and respectful way, is one of the most important bases of our psychological health and well-being: our coherence.
Regarding the specific objective of this book, the idea is to manage healthy and coherently (with respect to our elemental nature and circumstances) our FEAR: the "coherent emotion" that induces us to stop to evaluate our available resources vs. the demands of the situation that triggers it, in circumstances that we perceive as threatening our physical, mental and / or emotional integrity, and thus make the corresponding risk valuation and decisions (or simply "flee", if the most successful), recognizing our vulnerabilities and strengths.
Likewise, based on my experience as a psychotherapist, over the years I have validated the fact that many chronic ANXIETY states are associated with life stories in which the repression of emotional expression, especially FEAR, is a constant, as well as the inadequate, NOT COHERENT, RESPONSES to it. Therefore, treating the various associated clinical conditions from this therapeutic point of view has given me excellent results.
In this Manual, I offer you through the first 3 chapters reflections on basic concepts related to FEAR and ANXIETY, and then you have the STEP BY STEP of chapter 4 that will guide your practices, to internally elaborate those situations in which, effectively, you have the possibility to work in using your internal resources.
Of course, always remember that your health is a priority and that, on occasions, if you observe that your process requires at some point the support of a clinical professional specialized in psychotherapy and/or in other concomitant health processes (for example, when there are somatizations), it is of the utmost importance that you look for the options that you feel are most suitable for you.
I hope this reading can represent a significant contribution to suggest my readers to undertake the deeply healing task of recognizing important aspects of our elemental nature, comprehending our attachments and other basic tendencies, respecting our times and processes of internal change, and from there, choose and create our way of life in an increasingly sentient, conscious, genuine and fullness way.

FROM VERY EARLY in my life, I have dedicated myself to exploring the principles that govern the wonderful human psyche, the intangible flow of its energy between rationality and irrationality, its earthiness and its transcendence. In this path, my intention has always been focused on discovering fertile ways to facilitate integral health and well-being, which progressively lead to the fullness and fulfillment of each being. And it is precisely on this path that I increasingly understand and strengthen my conviction that learning to connect inwardly and know ourselves offers us the most valid and precise keys to many of the issues that concern us in our lives. On these bases I lay the 4 keys of my approach, which I explain in detail in my Blog: https://citaconmontse.blogspot.com/ and in the Introduction of the books of my series Inner Connection and Inner Connection in 8 Steps (available here at Smashwords and on other platforms). So I have decided to share with you the immense variety of experiences and resources that I have integrated throughout my 28 years of service as a facilitator, Psychologist and Integral Psychotherapist. Likewise, I offer you my books, sessions and courses, in various areas of support for your psychological health, expansion of consciousness, well-being and personal / spiritual development. Professionalism, companionship, empathy, creativity and dedication, are values that guide our sharing in the various environments of my work, from the respect that every noble human being inspires us. I invite you to be part of our community, which I wish and hope will become a fertile point of convergence of our diverse perspectives, growing together, from mutual support, benefit and well-being... contributing integration initiatives to our world, connected from our constructive differences, freedom of being, tolerance and mutual respect.
