    INTRODUCTION

    T his book was written as an intuitive guide to achieving inner balance to reconnect you to your inner peace.

    Have you ever wanted to connect clearly to that voice wisdom from within, the voice that comes from love? The title of this book sums it up in four words: Whispers from Your Heart. In this book, I guide you to listen to your inner voice, wisdom, and guidance—that voice that is always available and comes as a sweet surprise every time something beautiful happens in your life; that inner knowingness that comes with a certainty of peace and connection to yourself that reassures you; that inner peace and joy we all know as kids; that inner knowingness that the world supports you and tells you that anything you can think of, you can create. Perhaps you had that feeling once but now feel disconnected from it. This book is meant to share guidance, offering exercises to get back to your inner peace. I hope this book finds anyone who needs support and needs to let go of stress, helping them to connect to their inner peace once again.

    In my life, like everyone else, I have experienced stress and grief. What made it easy for me to move forward was the experience to connect to that inner peace within me, to that source of love that supports and surrounds us all. It has always shown me a bright light at the end of the tunnel, with new solutions, opportunities, and ways to move on. That is what I want to share with you, because it is and will always be there. It is easy to find through meditation. It is pure love and supports us all. Call it whatever you wish. It is the experience of awe in your life.

    I am so happy this book found a way into your life, because I know it will help you connect to yourself and your true essence. Most of all, it will help you connect to your inner peace. This book is for you if you are open and are at that stage of life, where you want more peace and a greater connection to yourself—to your life and a spiritual connection to all—from unconditional love. Also, in it, you will find a new way of connecting to yourself from your heart so you can create new solutions that come from that inner peace and love.

    Like anyone else on this world, you are a part of a society and experience the fast-pace rhythm of life. I know how easy it is to lose that inner peace within. Everything I share in this book, I believe, is the inner knowledge that each of us has had since birth, a connection lost through time and life experiences but that is easily regained. In my thirties, as I write this, I understand that wisdom comes from age, and that is how this book became about.
