    Cooking Time:7–9 Minutes

    Ingredients:

    Batter

    4 eggs

    1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese

    ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

    2 tablespoons tomato sauce

    ¼ cup almond flour

    1½ teaspoons baking powder

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1 teaspoon dried oregano

    ¼ cup sliced salami

    Other

    2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing the waffle maker

    ¼ cup tomato sauce for serving

    Directions:

    Preheat the waffle maker.

    Add the grated mozzarella and grated parmesan to a bowl and mix.

    Add the almond flour and baking powder and season with salt and pepper and dried oregano.

    Mix with a wooden spoon or wire whisk and crack in the eggs.

    Stir everything together until batter forms.

    Stir in the chopped salami.

    Brush the heated waffle maker with olive oil and add a few tablespoons of the batter.

    Close the lid and cook for about 7–minutes depending on your waffle maker.

    Serve with extra tomato sauce on top and enjoy.
