Cinnamon banana fritters

4 small bananas
200g store-bought original pancake shaker mix
2 tablespoons butter, softened maple syrup and cinnamon sugar, to serve
1 Peel bananas, then cut in half lengthways.
2 Prepare pancake shaker mix, following packet instructions.
3 Melt half the butter in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat; carefully swirl pan until butter coats base evenly.
Working with one banana half at a time, dip into pancake batter until well coated, then place in pan. Repeat three more times until you have four banana halves in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden. Transfer to a
