You’re Worth It, Take Action!
Application in action is the ability to apply what you have learned on a daily basis. We can have access to the absolute best resources available. We can read about the most innovative ideas, listen to the most dynamic of speakers, and pay top dollar to access the ‘secret to success’. However, all the above does not guarantee success. Let me repeat that for extra effect—all the above does not guarantee success! We have all heard it before: ‘Three easy steps to get the best results!’ ‘Seven daily habits to transform your life!’ ‘Just do this one thing and everything will change!’ Fortunately, the majority of people love to seek out change and are forever searching for the next best thing. Yet the inability to follow through holds them back from reaching their desired outcome. Signing up for the latest body transformation programme and having the payments automatically deducted from your bank account each week does not guarantee success. Going to one real estate seminar to learn about property options and talking about it does not guarantee success. Being an incredible athlete who has had previous wins does not guarantee future success. Building one profitable business does not guarantee success. I am sure you get the picture. For we have all been there and done that or similar with serious consequences. Accountability is the state of being accountable, liable, or answerable. Considering the consequences of your actions or inaction is a prerequisite. No one in life ever achieved anything worth doing without it. So if you are truly serious about making significant changes in your life, then read on. You must form a daily habit of repetition. Repetition is no stranger to you, so therefore, it is not something that is impossible. It is the ability to have application in action, applying what you have learned, what you have heard on a daily basis. In doing so, you immerse yourself in it, allowing you to form the daily habit of repetition. Action precedes feeling. Therefore, in the doing, we will achieve our desired results; achieve the desired body by daily action, become the dynamic business entrepreneur by daily action. Only you have the power to change direction. You can be challenged, encouraged, and inspired. However, the key that opens the door is your ability to take action. Taking the time today to consider what you have been doing with your time will assist you in being accountable to yourself. If you can’t follow through with the things you tell yourself in private, you will have great resistance in other areas also. Choose to create the life balance you desire by implementing a massive change initiative. Surround yourself with like-minded people that will assist you in moving forward to achieve your desired outcome. Bring out the best in yourself today by acting on a decision. Do it now! You are responsible for your life, you are responsible for your feelings, and you are responsible for every result you get.
Remember, Relax … Dream Big.

Before You Give Up, Look Up!
It is easy to become a victim when you have encountered setback after setback. You may be inclined to drag yourself around, eyes fixed to the ground. Every bad decision you have made comes to mind. You have just activated the floodgate to open, then one after another, in excruciating detail, they show up like a movie on fast-forward. This is the way of the majority, who accept outcomes that involve struggle after struggle, without any positive feedback. The words come easily: you’re a failure, you’re useless, you never finish what you start, no one cares, etc.
How do you stop the madness? As with anything, if you repeat the process often enough, with enough feeling and enthusiasm, you will get a result. However, with a negative mindset and repetitive poisoning internal dialogue, the outcome isn’t pretty. Like I said, if you repeat the process often enough, this includes right thinking, you will get a result. When you focus on your thoughts, how often would true, honourable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, and excellent describe the concentration of your thinking? Change your attitude, change your outcome! Love this phrase. Learn it. Repeat it, repeat it, repeat it. Just as it takes massive endurance to run a marathon, lift heavy weights, or create the most extraordinary croquembouche, likewise, it takes massive endurance to stay focused, alert, and observant to your thought patterns. We all know the power of music: It inspires us. It makes us contemplate. It relaxes us. Or it gets us pumped for a night out. Also, don’t underestimate the change you can encounter by taking a few really deep breaths. One of my favourite quotes is by Peanuts, Snoopy: ‘Every time you find some humour in a difficult situation, you win" There are lots of triggers we can use to invite the best of what encourages growing us into the person we want to become.
Start now by looking up. Open your eyes and really see what surrounds you. Take in every breath with gratitude, look intently into the eyes of another, and stop the madness. This is your time to shine, so dispel the darkness and shine the light on everything that doesn’t serve you.
Take charge and lead your thoughts in the direction of your greatest desire.
Remember, Relax … Dream Big.

Procrastinate or Accelerate?
What plans did you have for today, last week, or even last month?
So how far did you get? Still talking about it? I’m gonna do this. I’m gonna do that. When the time’s right, when it’s not so hot, when it’s not so cold, when … Whenever! Are you looking at the calendar and freaking out because half the year has gone? Or are you
