What is the sound of your alarm clock? Does it beep, does it play your favorite music? What if your alarm clock could become the most important foundation to turning your life around, achieving your dreams, and becoming that person you’ve always wanted to be.
Have you ever got pumped up to work out after hearing a motivational speaker, or after hearing testimonies from people about losing 100 pounds? Have you ever made a New Years resolution to change your diet, only to later catch yourself binge watching on Netflix and stuffing yourself with desserts and junk? Well don’t worry you’re not alone. The problem is that motivation in general doesn’t last forever. Now I won’t speak for everyone because I’ve met many people who seem to just naturally be ambitious, work like a horse and can stay dedicated. However for many of us, we can be lazy bums. I’m not here to debate whether this is mainly through the results of years of bad programming or if we’re just naturally lazy, but I do know we can program ourselves to be
