The end is only the beginning
I have been set a challenge to write my memoir accompanied with a cookbook. But not just any cookbook one with my personal struggles which has included weight, dyslexia, juggling a 13-year-old and ten-week-old premature baby. Additional challenges have included trying to move forward with my business and progress as a successful caterer with my company The Leading Tailored Cook, and also living in Sydney without immediate help. Don’t get me wrong, help is a phone call away in the next state and we are blessed as a family that I have my mother to take Mayson (my 13-year-old) every school holiday’s. Above all, keeping emotions in check and trying not to fall over in heap and just start crying uncontrollably.

My mother, who is the calm after the storm, has comforted me when I needed her the most. We have
