I'm so excited to bring this book to you.
I've struggled almost my whole life with my weight. I just love good food, plain and simple and I don't want to eat salad everyday. In 7 months I went from a size 18 to a size 6 and never hit a plateau. Over the past 7 years I've been working to cook dishes that not only are nutritious, but great tasting.
