About this ebook

Get your family to eat out of the palm of your hand and making them nutritious and easy to prepare meals without adding preservatives or MSG. Even when your children leave home they will still come back for your cooking and take home care packages (mine still do after over 50 yrs). Educators are recognizing the importance of Back to Basics with our children today, so why not start with what we feed them. By using natural spices not only do we enhance the flavour of food but we improve the health of our family. For instance garlic, parsley, ginger, thyme and onion all have medicinal properties. So now there is a need knowing how to blend these natural spices. That is where this book comes in with many recipes. Added to my recipes are some Jamaican dishes that I know you will also enjoy, prepared with the same natural spices as the rest of the recipes, give them a try, you will be pleasantly surprised. Lunch box has never been as exciting, healthy muffins, cookies and buns to say the least of squares etc. – Eat desserts without the guilt – GUARANTEED!

    Foreword

Will this be the year you get your family to eat out of the palm of your hand? If so you are about to discover how to do this. Need nutritious and easy to prepare meals without added preservatives nor MSG?

Make healthy, tasty breads and desserts without spending long hours in the kitchen?

    Benefit:

Children get good start on the road to life. Even when they leave home they will still come for your cooking and take back care packages {mine still do after over 50 yrs.} Educators are recognizing the importance of Back to Basics with our children today, so why not start with what we feed them.

By using natural spices not only do we enhance the flavour of food, we improve the health of our family. For instance garlic, parsley, ginger, thyme and onion all have medicinal properties, but because of not knowing how to blend them, many eat out at an elevated cost.

Added to my recipes are some Jamaican dishes that I know you will also enjoy, prepared with the same natural spices as the rest of the recipes, give them a try, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Apart from having healthy communication with our family there is nothing to top healthy meals.

Lunch box has never been as exciting, healthy muffins, cookies and buns to say the least of squares etc.
