“The headline in the trades this morning, looks like Lem and Paul ain’t going to work it out after all.”

“They’re not going to find a tighter team on this short of notice. Production is going to be halted for a while,” Laughton acknowledged.

Tim looked at Banks, “Convince him to stay finish the season, force him if you have to.”

“How do you think these negotiations will go if IA gets involved in this?” Laughton asked.

Banks was confused, “Negotiations?”

“Andie wants out.”

“Well, Harry, she wasn’t exactly happy when you moved Lem up there.”

Laughton tapped his chubby fingers on the table and sighed, “It’s time. A hard truth we’ve all come to accept.”

“You’re not letting this drive your decision?” Banks hoped."
