Towns: Series One IV

About this ebook
'Shannon stood before Paul in his office, refusing to sit down.
“Have you known the whole time?”
Paul cocked his jaw and glared having trouble believing she was that naïve, “You really thought you’re going to come work for the family business and no one knows who you are?”
“No,” but she had hoped.
“Why are you here, Shannon?” He asked curiously.
She couldn’t say.
“You’ve kept yourself so busy, lining up your moves, doing what others expect of you, jumping from one degree to the next, living up to what everyone deems your potential, then come down here?”
From her look it clearly was a mistake.
Paul was cautious not to let her dwell there, “Why the secrecy?”
She didn’t trust him, and was ashamed to answer any other way.

Hello,For those of you who are new, I hope you enjoy. If you've already read some of these, I'm glad you're back. It's been terrible for building trust and invites all sorts of nonsense, but my lack of presence is better for new readers to get into the story and character. So I'm elusive for that reason, mostly. If you're interested in getting to know me, forgive us, you can check my other social media for that, but I'm afraid you won't find much at the moment. I keep putting it off. Some of these are quick easy reads I hope will leave you laughing or with some sort of satisfied wonder (I know. I'm finishing them.) Others are over stylized with complex plot structures that require inquisition.I can't promise you'll like everything I write, but you'll know (for the most part) what you're getting into.Complex issues, simple themes. Characters opinions are their own.If you like any of them please share. I appreciate every one of you who have.

By the time Lem left Louisiana Gallant was barely producing anything there. No longer able to rely on the DVD sales of their features and the rising expenses of showcasing in the festival circuit Andrea was forced to start focusing in another direction.
One of the first properties they bought was a historic variety theatre converted into a movie house heavily damaged during hurricane Katrina. There they filmed a horror movie about a group of misfits renovating it to throw raves and live in only to be picked off one by one by the angry ghosts of a vaudevillian theatre troupe, a show for their phantom audience.
Once completed instead of selling it Andrea put it on the books reopening it as an upscale dinner theatre.
At first they offered matinees of classic movies, showcases for Indie festival award winners from around
