"Before work Lee likes to go to the park and meditate. It’s usually pretty vacant except the occasional jogger or dog walker. She’s come to rely on the serene sounds of birds singing and the wind in the trees to get her head straight, but unfortunately the football team has been using it the last few days to hold practice.
Lee put on her headphones listening to soothing binaural frequencies over flowing water drowning out their drills.

She swatted the strays of her brunette hair out her face and composed in lotus posture.

Closed her eyes, “I am a miraculous construct of light in constant motion working through changes of everlasting and knowing consciousness realigning with divinity...”

She breathed in deep."
