This book is dedicated to those who have tried and failed. It is dedicated to those who know how hard it can be to quit and deep down never believed it was possible for them. It is dedicated to the hardest smokers with the worst possible habits and very possibly to you or someone you love. My hope is that this book will set in motion events that will forever change your life for the better and help you take those first steps to becoming the person you were meant to be.

Sometimes in life, you experience something so life changing and profound, it seems a crime to keep it to yourself.
A few years ago, you could say, that I invented a method for quitting smoking that was completely painless, eliminated the withdrawal symptoms and left the results permanent. I can attest to that permanence, as the final edit for this book was made around eight years later.
To understand why quitting smoking was so huge for me, you first have to understand how ingrained the smoking habit was embedded in my life. This should also give you an idea of how you might compare if you choose to undertake this journey.
I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for almost sixteen years. On nights out, or at parties with friends, I would sometimes smoke almost two boxes of twenty cigarettes. I loved to smoke and lived in a reality where deep down I never believed I would ever stop. The times I toyed with that possibility, were when I was forced not to smoke for a longer than normal period due to a work-related matter, but that was followed by a happy relapse back into
