The author a former smoker himself has developed and used a mind over matter approach to quit smoking tobacco after several attempts and failing over the years. In this book he gives the exact method he used to overcome his addiction to nicotine. He breaks down the physiological and psychological aspects of this nasty addiction using his own experience and victories. There are millions of people in the world who smoke, and there are millions of people in the world who want to quit smoking. It is the author’s goal to help as many smokers accomplish just that.

    INTRO

After struggling with tobacco addiction for many years and attempting to quit using several methods to no avail; it became evident that all of the so-called methods being used to quit are simply ineffective. At best many of those methods are ways to sell more nicotine based products under the guise of helping smokers quit.

I have come to the humble conclusion that those companies do not care about our wellbeing. That responsibility lies with us; and with us alone. Today people are more educated and informed as to the effects of smoking tobacco, and more people are looking for ways to quit. Unfortunately big tobacco and drug companies prey on people who do not know where or how to get help. This book is the answer to such issues. I touch on all areas concerning my own personal struggles and ultimately my breakthroughs. This is my personal and true testimony as to overcoming addiction to cigarettes/tobacco.

One of the keys to success is to do what successful people do. In this case I have been successful in quitting smoking. Do what I have done step by step and adopt the information provided you in this method. YOU WILL be successful in quitting for good. Perhaps you have quit smoking before and started smoking again. I have been there many times until discovering this method.

    WORDS FROM THE AUTHOR

I have always enjoyed helping people and I’ve always enjoyed making money. At some point I asked myself, what was it that I could do to kill two birds with one stone. How could I do the two things I enjoyed most at the same time? The answer was to help people quit smoking and get paid for doing so. To all my supporters direct and indirect, knowingly and unknowingly, a sincere thanks to you.

I was a Newport brand smoker for the most part, but it was not unusual to see me puffing Kools or Benson and Hedges. What is it in our brains that made us practically force ourselves into this addiction? I think it is safe to say that most new smokers first had to get pass the horrible taste, the awful smell, and worst of all in my opinion, the head rushes. Head rushes as some of us call them, are those mixtures of dizziness, and nausea we use to get when we first started smoking.

I say we forced ourselves into this addiction because we basically made ourselves like cigarettes/tobacco. I came to this conclusion due to the fact that there is absolutely nothing pleasant about smoking; especially for a new smoker. Head rushes are our body’s way of rejecting the poison that is tobacco smoke. Still we continued smoking and before long the head rushes stopped and we couldn’t do without a cigarette/tobacco, or so it seemed. The same way you forced yourself into this addiction; should be the same way you force yourself out of it. You made yourself like cigarettes/tobacco, now make yourself unlike them. This should be easy but we all
