    Henry Kay didn’t even think he could quit smoking. But found it easy once he knew how. The aha moment came when he changed his mindset and the way he saw smoking.

    It’s wasn’t difficult to find ways to quit smoking. But Henry needed something that would be more effective in the long term. And especially in situations where he really craved to smoke. He didn’t want to feel deprived, as you do when you quit smoking.

    He narrowed everything he knew about quitting smoking to just focus on the most effective methods, and nothing else. Methods which helped change his mindset, so he could quit smoking for the long term. He prefers a common sense approach and likes to keep things simple, not complex, or boring.

    His approach helped eradicate information overload and a lot of trial and error. And it increased certainty. The methods he used made it easier to quit smoking. So he knew they could work for anyone.
