About this ebook
When you are in the midst of toxicity you are in a cloud of haze. My rock bottom nearly killed me. To this day if I told you what I experienced you would say it was a horror sci-fi movie. I was externally attacked. Everything that was done to me was done in the dark and hidden. I survived because at the core of me I knew who I was and what I stand for …which is peace, love, acceptance, freedom.
There was no quick fix, this was a daily conscious effort on my part. My Poetic thoughts are about my painful and beautiful experiences. I've always been someone who focuses on the good and for me writing about my experiences turned my betrayals, traumas and things that needed to be healed within me into something beautiful.
I had to find the master within myself. To calm the tornado of emotions within to truly set myself free.

Choices
Life is about choices
We are always given a choice
To move in the light
or to move in the dark
Time will reveal all truths
tick
tock
The fruit that you bear will always be your beaming light
We are not victims
We don't have control of what others do
Know that people and situations will always come to test you
We will always be tested
And you will always have to make a choice
Create more Karma for yourself or move in peace
What's more important to you peace of mind or being right
and the need to feel you are on top
You are not a victim
Make different choices
Know when to stop giving your energy to people who don't get what integrity and character are.
Personal Power
Protect your energy for there is power inside
Don't give your personal power to anyone or anything
Do not let anything feed off your energy by reacting
stay balanced
stay neutral
Think for yourself
Stop believing everything you hear
Have discernment
Be original
You have special gifts inside of you
Be aware
of your energy
what are you feeding
what's feeding off of you
Stand in your POWER
every thought that has ever existed
exist
and every thought
that you have
is not yours
Know thy self and you shall know
P e r s o n a l P o w e r.
Walking on Water
Controlling me controls my outcome
True power is sitting back and being
unshakeable
in the midst of your attacks
whether you think I see them or not
I've got a million ancestors who walk with me
I live by simple rules
treat others as you would treat yourself
I will be
