When someone tells you (or posts on social media) that Imposter Syndrome isn’t real. That it’s a patriarchal construct designed to manipulate you, it can leave you confused, uncertain and, worst of all, feeling more alone than ever.    But you are not alone.  I see you.  In this episode I talk about the very real and very powerful transformation that begins with having a name for that messy collection of feelings that can’t be explained away as everyday self doubt: Imposter Syndrome. Having a name for these feelings is so important. It validates how you feel and shows you you’re not alone. Naming it allows you to gain some authority over it, which is the first step towards solving it.  If you’ve every felt like a fraud.  If you ever feel your success is down to luck If you’ve ever been afraid that you’re going to be found out.. Know that this is Imposter Syndrome. It feels real to you because Imposter Syndrome is real.
