      Never in a million years would I have thought that I could write a book and get it published. To put a book out of that expressed my thoughts, feelings, and be transparent was something I’ve never imagined. I’ve been writing for years. Didn’t know that my writing was a gift. Didn’t think that my gift was worth reading. The why behind this book is to reach every woman, girl, teenager who struggle with mind battles/thoughts. It’s to break the idea and the mold of being fearful. This book is healing for myself and healing for others who deal with the same struggles.
