It is with much Love and Gratitude that I share with you. Sending beams of love and light to all of you, where ever you are at this moment. Thank you to my sons for always being by my side. Thank you for my love, who believes in me and what I am here to share with the world. Thank you to my family and my friends who have been there through the ups and downs.

Allow me to share my story with you. I know that within my story, my journey, you will receive the keys to your kingdom. You see me now standing in front of the world full of confidence and Self Love. Living the life of my dreams with the love of my life. Exuding Self Love and Self Confidence and Radiating My Inner Beauty to the World. I am also so grateful and honored for being a mother to two amazing sons, Steven and Brendan. I operate a successful International Coaching Business. I am able to live my life on purpose and to be of service to the world. I assist amazing people from all over the world. I have also joined with the Love of my life.

Yet my life wasn’t always this glorious. It wasn’t that long ago that I had no self -love, no Self Compassion or even no Self Awareness. On the outside I looked as though I had it all together. Well sometimes. I was extremely over weight for most of my life. I was miserable in my marriage of 15 years. Yet I believed I was doing everything right. There was no love in my marriage. I lived my life only for my family and how I showed up as a mother, a wife, a sister and a friend. Missing the most important relationship ever. Me. I was empty inside. Completely alone and I didn’t even like myself very much.

One day, I had a wake up call. Bigger than the ones before, that I ignored. After 15 years of marriage it was about to end violently.

I remember that day very well. It was the scariest day of my life. Everything I thought I knew and everything I was comfortable with was about to explode. At this time my husband was wrought with misery and his own Self Hatred. He was drowning his miseries in alcohol. I couldn’t save
