About this ebook
You wake up after a divorce or break-up on tear-stained pillows. Though you know you need to get out of bed, you have no motivation to do it. You mentally force yourself to get up and tell yourself, "It's a new day!", but it sounds fake even to yourself. As you start your morning routine, you start thinking whether you'll ever be in a lasting relationship. You wonder what you've done wrong. You feel hopeless, overwhelmed, and simply - sad. As you head into work, you practice what you're going to tell everyone, "We grew apart", "It was never going to last anyway", and most importantly, "I'm fine." At first, you don't believe it, even as you say it to yourself, but after awhile, it starts to sink in. Even though you're starting to believe you're fine, you feel like something's missing. The loneliness really starts settling in. You go home to an empty place. The silence is deafening. There's nothing worse than an empty house, except of course, an empty bed.
They say you should love yourself, but what does that even mean. They say you should not go into a new relationship until you've gotten over the last, but how do you know exactly how you're over the last one?
Enter the book, "30 Days to go from Lonely to Loving Yourself". You'll go on a 30 day long journey that will help you accept your story - so far, build your confidence and finally put it all together as you fall in love with your own best friend - you. Do what all the experts say you should do and start loving yourself with this simple workbook! You already know 30 days is going to go by anyway, so why not work towards something peaceful and wonderful?

30 Days to go from Lonely to Loving Yourself - Karen Becker, MA
Introduction
A relationship just ended with someone and here you sit, again, elbows deep in a pint of Ben & Jerry’s wondering what went wrong and where the love of your life is. You thought this was it. Before you spend another minute wallowing in self-pity, take a month and make a change!
You’ve read the posts and watched the videos, you know that the key to true love is to love yourself, first, but how do you do that?
This workbook/calendar is going to give you an assignment everyday for the next 30 days. Don’t worry, it’s not going to take up all of your time, but it will be just enough to help you start to love yourself. Your first assignment is to get yourself a journal or a notebook. Even if you have a journal started, get yourself a new one. This is a new start for you, and it requires a new journal. If you’re not a big fan of journaling, that’s fine! Open up Evernote on your smartphone or computer and start a new workbook called The New Me
and follow the assignments as written.
When you start to enjoy your own company, life feels a little less lonely. When life feels a little less lonely, finding true love doesn’t
