If you think this is all a big ado, know that science has found that people with high IQ levels are surpassed 70% of the time by emotionally intelligent people. Know how to control their emotions, reflect on them and put their findings into practice can make you take better than the genius

Incidentally, it is clear that this is not a competition between intelligence. The aim here is perhaps to make you start to notice that your thoughts have a logic that perhaps you even unknown, and seek to understand their own emotions is one of the most exciting activities of all.
