About this ebook

A fatty liver is most definitely caused by a poor diet. The
amounts of toxins in the treats and sweets we eat do not help the liver, not
one bit. The toxins form a fatty layer that practically kills the liver. Most
humans try to help themselves by yanking sweets, treats and inflammatory foods
off their diets but they are left without variety. My book's recipes do not contain high-carb grains, refined
sugar, inorganic sweeteners and toxic preservatives but are characterized by
organic fruits and vegetables. This cookbook is carefully written with 90+
categorized recipes that have distinct step-by-step guides on how to make them.
I believe that these recipes can and will help the ailing liver recover, and
keep it healthy.

Fatty Liver Diet Cookbook - Martha Stoneridge

    CONCLUSION

    INTRODUCTION

Hi reader, I’m Martha Stoneridge and I want you to meet my book, ‘FATTY LIVER DIET COOKBOOK: 90+ Easy and Healthy Recipes to detoxify and prevent fatty liver disease’.

I want to say thank you for daring to care about liver health and weight loss. I really hope that this cookbook will be a great help to you, your friends, relatives, and others.

A fatty liver is most definitely caused by a poor diet. The amounts of toxins in the treats and sweets we eat do not help the liver, not one bit. The toxins form a fatty layer that practically kills the liver. Well, the layer (or tissue) prevents the liver from carrying out its functions.

Let’s leave the negatives behind shall we, this liver condition can be corrected by eating healthy; eating meals containing certain substances known as detoxins which mop up the toxins in the ailing liver. These meals do not contain high-carb grains, processed sugar, and toxic food preservatives. The diet contains organic fruits and vegetables mainly and some occasional addition of meats.

Most people try to help themselves by staying off sweets and treats and other known foods that are inflammatory, this just leaves them stranded without variety. I’m here with my book to help out. This cookbook is carefully written with 90+ recipes that have distinct step-by-step guides on how to make them.

I can certainly guarantee liver recovery and health with strict adherence to these recipes and others contained in trusted liver detoxifying books.

Please note that any recipe containing powdered stevia can be mixed with erythritol to create a perfect blend. I’d advise that they are mixed in a 30:70 ratio.  (Which usually is in the 1 teaspoon to 1 cup ratio, respectively?)
