Reviews for The Inflammation Cure

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5There was a lot of good information in this book, but it's not the best book on the subject that I've read. The author is far more fond of western medicine and manufactured drugs than I am, but he does discuss important environmental issues that haven't been given as much attention as I feel they warrant in other books. If you have faith in western medicine and pharmaceuticals, you will get a lot out of this book. If you're like me and you prefer a more natural approach to health, you'll find a lot more nutrition-based anti-inflammation advice in Jack Challem's book, "The Inflammation Syndrome".
