I'd been experiencing some negative symptoms that I'll talk about in a minute, but it had never occurred to me that I might have a nutritional deficiency. After I finally figured out what was going on, I got medical attention, and my life has changed drastically for the better as a result.
I'm not a doctor, but I am a patient, and I hope that by sharing the details of my experience with you today, I can inspire other people to seek medical attention if they need it. It's incredible to me how much a single change has improved my life. And this all happened in just the past three months.
Noticing the Problem
One difficult task that we all have is noticing when we have serious problems. This is challenging because you don't want to spend too much of your time looking for internal issues. I have a theory that at any given time, you can discover that you have a headache if you want to. If you examine how your head feels and ask yourself whether you have a headache, I bet there's some part of your head that is uncomfortable. You can convince yourself that you have a headache.
I don't want to spend my life convincing myself that I have conditions that need medical attention. So generally, I try to avoid focusing on my discomfort. Sometimes
