STRONGER THAN EVER

There’s a misconception that many people have of Cass Olholm when they first come across her: she’s always been this strong. It’s an easy assumption to make of the rising superstar trainer of Kayla Itsines’ Sweat app (249K Insta followers and counting) and co-founder of training facility The Ground in Cairns, especially when scrolling through her feed. There are photos and videos of Cass moving heavy barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells in a variety of ways (she’s a high-intensity strength trainer with Sweat, after all).
