Sunshine Through the Pain: A Tribute to the Fans
()
About this ebook
The life of one is judged by many. The stars to be reached are designed by plenty. We find ourselves through journeys of life. The trials and tribulations, the meaningless strife. It's not the faults of others that measure our success. Its the reflection in the mirror that usually amounts to less. As you judge the stars, as you trial and tribulate through strife, measure yourself and reflect your own life.
A.H. Carlisle III
Andrew Carlisle, born in Youngstown, Ohio, began his journey to self discovery early on. Throughout his life experiences, some tragic but many successes, he grew to recognize the power of looking deeper than the surface. Through his gained knowledge he has chosen to share this journey and insight with others.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I want to say thank you to my fans. My fans have been so supportive and amazing that they inspired me to publish this book. My fans will always be a part of my inspiration and I truly hope that my words will touch at least one of them in a positive way, encouraging them to do better for themselves. Love is a blessing in life, not a necessity. Never allow anyone to downgrade who you are simply because you want love.
I would also like especially to thank a special fan, for she is the one who made this happen and her contribution will never go forgotten. Thank you Ms. Kerry Chica
Vernon.
A few words—
We strive for love yet often times we fall short, we strive to do our best and often times we fail. We look deep within, yet we never see the problem. We look even further out, yet we never realize the answer is not out there. We strive again, yet this time around we look through lenses of the past. As we begin to grow within our hearts, our minds, and our souls we realize that striving was never the answer. We take one final look inside, and we see the blessing that God has bestowed upon us. We see ourselves. We realize who we are, and it is then and only then that the growth in us simply lead us to us. It is us that were the problem, and it is us that are the answer. Know yourself before trying to love another, and the solution will be simple.
Thank you to all of my fans and I hope you enjoy your read!

LOVE
THROUGH THE PAIN
A love worth having is a love worth fighting for. Never give up on a GREAT thing just because you THINK the grass may be greener. You are probably wrong. Everyone has flaws and a story, just continue to nurture and build a strong foundation on what you have.
The person that you decide to commit to should be someone that will see and bring out the BEST in you and be your NUMBER 1 supporter!
Note to Men and Women: If you can’t handle losing them, don’t give them reasons to go.
MEN: Cheating on a woman is easy. Why don’t you make a choice to be a part of the minority and make a VOW to be FAITHFUL?
Love is creative; hence it will always find a way between two willing hearts. Fear is destructive, only requiring one of the hearts to subscribe to ensure failure.
MEN: It is QUALITY not QUANTITY that will be the most meaningful in your life. While your ‘boys’ are bragging about the quantity, take pride in knowing you are building something sustainable with a QUEEN who will:
Be there when you have nothing and support you when you have everything.
Bring out the best in you and care for you when you are ill.
Share a life of happiness and fulfillment and be the backbone that you need in the good and bad.
A man should not only love you but he should HONOR you!
Your love and commitment is tested when the trials come. It’s easy to walk away when things get rocky but a man that loves you will ensure the well-being of your union through the good AND the bad.
Each day you should strive to be a better you. Be a better you for yourself, your lover, your children, your peers. It’s the only way that we can improve our relationships. It starts with you!
Falling in love is a beautiful thing. Staying in love takes WORK. Never forget why you fell in love. Furthermore, never stop DOING the things that made that person fall in love with you!
FOR THE WOMEN: Find a man who is committed to God, so his commitment to you will have some substance.
Your relationship should not make you feel as though you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. It should make you feel like you are on TOP of the world.
A man that has definite plans for your future together will ensure that you are NOT in a confused state of mind regarding your relationship ‘status’.
FOR ALL: Many spend their time searching or waiting for love, when the love they need to ignite (the love they desire) . . . . is already inside them. Truly accept and love yourself first. And the rest will come.
MEN AND WOMEN: Loneliness should not be an excuse for lowering your standards. Until your heart finds what it needs, you will never be content with someone who can never BE all that you need and deserve.
FOR ALL: If/when you marry someone with the wrong (motives & intentions) then get ready for the heavy weight bout of misery.
Men and Women: You make the most impact by saying less and DOING more.
Love can not only be where the heart is. The mind must always be aligned with the heart. One minute you might be head over hills and then go through a rough patch. Your heart might tell you to walk away but your mind will make you realize all that you built and be the voice of reason to actually follow your heart and fight through the good AND the bad.
WOMEN: Sometimes you will not be chosen because your standards are too high when he was/is only willing to give you a portion of himself. Consider it a blessing that you weren’t ‘chosen’ by him.
People don’t end up in your past by accident, it’s by design. It’s the only way God can get you to the person purposed for your future.
MEN: The sweetest things you can do for a woman are the little things that let her know she’s in your heart and on your mind.
MEN: You call her insecure but perhaps you have not ‘secured’ your relationship with consistency, dependability and loyalty.
He/she won’t wait on you forever. While you are still trying to ‘decide’ what you want, somebody is just waiting to sweep them off their feet.
MEN: You think because she is soooo beautiful, SURELY she must be taken. Hence the reason she’s single. You will never know if you don’t try!
WOMEN: Wait for a man that is willing to fully COMMITT to you. He may not be able to fix all of your problems, but he will do everything to be there so that you won’t have to face them alone.
FOR ALL: Just because you miss someone, doesn’t mean you need them back in your life. Missing is just a part of moving on.
Oftentimes when we disagree, we lose sight of the focus. It should NOT be that we strive to be
