Set smaller goals. I don't mean that you should not reach for the stars, however, I do know that to get to the stars you should first get into the atmosphere. Feeling good about yourself is a constant process. Confidence does not just happen overnight. When you look at your life goals consider breaking them up into smaller, stepping stones to the end result. This way you can have a constant flow of positive reinforcement as you achieve the steps along the journey of life.
Surround yourself with positive people. The more you surround yourself with positive and confident people in all areas of your life the more you will begin to feel the same. The very interaction with confidence motivates you to feel the same, it is contagious. The same goes for negativity. So, take a look at the people in your life and reflect on their net input regarding confidence in your life. Real friends support you be more of yourself as far as it is concerned.
Exercise. Once you exercise, even just simple walking, you'll notice that you get this surge of adrenaline. This is because happy hormones are released and therefore, you feel more confident about yourself, and more confident that you are actually capable of doing great things. Plus, once you exercise, you'll get to be healthy and very beautiful, too.
This book will help you identify effective methods designed to bring out your charismatic personality.
I would like to encourage you to begin the journey by looking at yourself and accepting what you see. There can never be another you so be all you can be for the time being.

Chapter 1 – How to Eliminate Anxiety and Depression
Every person faces anxiety at one point or another, and that is normal. What is not normal is when you always feel anxiety even in situations where other people don’t usually feel it. Some cases of anxiety become too severe that it may stop you from having a normal life.
The following are tips on how to beat the uncomfortable feeling that is anxiety:
Fight or flight. If you give in to your anxiety, note that it is not only you who will suffer, but your loved ones as well. Most of the time your loved ones are the ones who carry the burden of your anxiety. To prevent them from carrying such burden, eliminate it by fighting it off. You need to take responsibility for every action and though you have. Always know that you have a choice, and anxiety is an option you shouldn’t choose.
Keep yourself busy. Yes, being busy is stressful, but if you can control yourself, you can beat the stress especially if you like what you are doing. If you focus your attention on doing things, you will think less of your worries and therefore will be less anxious. Keeping still and doing nothing are two different things. Meditation is being busy at something. You can relax and beat stress by doing so while you also relieve yourself from anxiety. Remember that even if you think of your worries all day, they won’t go away unless you do something. Worrying will just boost your tension.
Focus on where the anxiousness in your body is. Tension could be on your hands, abdomen, or feet. Just focus on that specific body part and get back to it whenever your attention is captured by something else. If you do this for a few minutes, it can reduce or make anxiety go away.
Keep track of positive acts. There is someone out there who needs someone like you, find him. Doing positive things for other individuals takes you off from problems and anxiety. Helping others in one way or another also heals you from negativity.
If you can’t find someone to lend a hand, find someone to talk to instead. This is one of the best ways to free you from anxiety. Invite friends or relatives, or family members. Go to the best place to hang out. You can talk about a lot of things or you can talk about your worries. If you cannot find someone to talk to, open your computer and enter a chat room.
Exercise is a good way to forget your problems. You can do light exercises such as mild yoga or walking. Do an activity that works best for you and do not worry about messing up your schedule. Physical activities can also defeat anxiety and depression.
Make a diary of good things that happen to you every day. This allows you to become aware of the positive things around you. You can also create a diary of your problems which cause anxiety and the possible actions you can do to eliminate them.
A lot of people are faithful to a supreme being or an outcome. A great way to get out of anxiety and fear is to embrace your faith. If you truly believe that everything will get better, then it will. Sometimes this is just what you need to get rid of anxiety. This also helps you understand that prayer and firm belief are powerful enough to change an outcome.
Television has various programs that can generate anxiety. If you cannot find a program that can make you feel positive, then turn the TV off. Not only will it conserve electricity, it will also protect you from being anxious.
Courage is not about having no fear; it’s about facing your fear. Fear is universal, it is present in everyone. The only difference is that, other individuals give in to fear while others face it and use it to become stronger. When you feel afraid, decide whether you’ll face it or give in to it. If you face your fear and become successful against it, your anxiety will dwindle and you will be more confident to face the same challenge in the future.
Chapter 2 - How to Perfect Your Body Language
Communication is an important part of people's life. It is hard expressing thoughts and emotions unless you have the methods to.
People speak to one another verbally and nonverbally. Verbal communication is easy to understand because you get them as it is. Nonverbal communication requires body language. By understanding how to decipher body language and being aware of what others aren't saying, you'll have a better understanding of other people. In addition, it helps you communicate more effectively.
Language shapes your ideas and can determine what you can think about. Body language comes in a variety of manifestations, including hand gestures, postures, and facial expressions, depending on what you are feeling. Body language is involuntary which means you really cannot program
how to act when in a conversation with others. Body language is actually the first form of communication as a human being. As a newborn, you communicated nonverbally.
People often just forget about the importance of body language because the majority are busy talking and thinking about how exactly they are going to impress the other person to close the deal with a good result. When you need to speak or show an important customer or business partner, you must be able to control your nervousness and avoid unnecessary body language that will come off negatively. In a group, conversations are even more complicated because there hand gestures and other indicators are harder to decipher. Ever before been in a group where two or three individuals seem to talking nonverbally
? Have you ever had the feeling that somebody is lying to you? Or was there ever a case when you couldn't believe what the other person was saying?
Learn to relax because it also helps relax your mind which means you can think clearly and you appear more confident. When you are self-assured, you can speak clearly and with authority. Appearing comfortable and confident enables you to gain your audience's trust and confidence, as well.
Focus on three aspects: your stance, the positioning of your head, and breathing. Try keeping your shoulders slightly going to the back and your chest open, this makes breathing easier. Before your talk, you may take tiny deep breaths to help you shake off the nervousness.
The right position is having your head tilted (but not too much, lest you want to be perceived as arrogant), while your spine and back is straight up. You should look like this whether you are sitting on a chair or standing up. You want to command respect and authority and that means you also have to avoid slouching as it can reveal a nervousness and lack of confidence.
You aren't expected to perfect this position immediately but it pays off to apply. Taking benefit of nonverbal signs when working for your business tractions will go a long way.
Take into account that it is not always what the other person says that is important; you have to be sure you know how to decode some of the most typical palm gestures and body movements.
Give the body the time it requires to perfect the techniques as it cannot happen instantaneously, you just need to have a lot of persistence and dedication to learn. Proper manners can be learned, so does self-assurance. When you have these two aspects in mind, it is easier to learn and understand body language.
Chapter 3 - How to Meditate and Live a Richer Life
The goal of meditation is to let your body calm while you concentrate on a thought or an empty mind for a set period of time. Contrary to the popular belief that meditation has mystical effects and those who practice it have special powers, note that real meditation is a very easy activity that can free your head of stressful thoughts. Power from meditation is the power to concentrate on things without being consumed by them. You can perform this relaxation method using just a few steps:
Sit comfortably on a chair or on the floor in your most comfortable and relaxing position. Do not slouch because it will make you drowsy.
Close your eyes. This can be difficult at first. If you cannot concentrate by closing your eyes, then you can light a candle and concentrate your eyes on it.
Do not tense any muscle group. Relax and keep them as such while you concentrate. Breathe naturally to avoid tension.
To help you focus more, you can keep your attention on your breathing while you close your eyes or while you focus on the lighted candle.
Plenty of people try meditating at some point in their life. There are, however, only a few who have the patience and dedication to pursue it. Below are a few tips to keep you in a meditating mood in the long run:
Start with controlled breathing. When you breathe deep, your muscles relax and your heartbeat slows down. This then lets you focus your soul and prepare it for the meditation itself.
Stretch first before you sit down. Stretching especially your legs loosens your muscles, allowing you for a more relaxed sitting position.
Try different poses. When you hear the word meditation
the first thing that would come into your mind is a person sitting cross-legged on the floor or under a tree. This might be true, but meditation is more than just sitting down. It is finding a comfortable position to concentrate and relax. If you are a beginner, find your most comfortable position where there is no tension in your body and you
