Introduction
The splendor of any decision is after you have made it, all that remains to be seen are its consequences.
—Ken Primus
We have made our decision!
It was with great honor, respect, and humility that Radhe and I accepted the responsibilities that came with putting this project together. We have been transformed in so many areas of our lives; it is very difficult to find words to truly describe what has happened to us.
In both our lives, the journey has brought us to this time and space of growth as natural and spiritual beings. It is our deepest desire and heartfelt hope that, as you read this book and meditate on its truths, you will be transformed as we were opening the universe that is within, forever growing from the space of grace and love.
We can testify that if there was a place to start, it would be first and foremost with your relationship with your God, your spiritual source, whatever or whoever that might be. For everything in your life will flow out of this relationship. This relationship will teach you how to trust and to believe. In complex times, help is needed from a source that is full of love, wisdom and understanding.
Begin where you are at this moment, for it is the best place to start.
—Ken Primus
In challenging time you may need to go to that source that has deeper wisdom and a clearer understanding of life’s principles, someone you can cry to and gather strength from when you need it. Your relationship with your God should be a mirror or an example of your relationship with yourself and others. From this relationship with your God you will learn to love. Everything you require will develop in and from this relationship. Therefore, it is essential to develop your relationship with your God. Without this you will never truly understand your connection to the cycle of life.
Everyone believes in something, even the atheist, because not to believe in something or someone is still a belief. The belief system is a part of the human spirit. Without it we could neither live nor survive. Everything is built upon this foundation. We first start with our God, then self, family, friends, and finally the world. We are working from the assumption that you’ve already taken care of your foundation, your relationship with your God. If not, start working on it. One of the great Christian truths is this:
And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
(KJV Deut 6:5)
"No person may hear that for which they are not prepared to hear; Christ would say, ‘he who has ear to hear, let them hear.’
Control your destiny or somebody else will.
Ken Primus
So with this in mind, we begin with self-love.

Self-love
Self-love is a point of origin, not a destination.
—Radhe Schiff
Self-love is a point of origin for the ever-expanding experience of self. It is the big bang of the eternal internal.
It is a commitment to strip myself of judgment, criticism, unworthiness, and arrogance; in other words, to strip myself of my ego, which tells me I am better than or less than what I am. For to love myself unconditionally does not mean to look at myself through the rose-colored lens of my ego but rather to look at every strength, every weakness, every unique characteristic that distinguishes me from you.
Throughout this book you will see that I use the words my and I. I use these words because this is the only way that I can share the wisdom that I have harvested through the ripening experience of time. I do not profess to know what goes on within your heart. This is something only you know, the same way I know what is within mine. If I speak in terms of you and ones, I would be removing myself and having an objective perspective. Life from that perspective is merely an observation. Life,
