    Foreword

Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that. ~Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.~

Everyone is trying to figure out how to survive in a world full of hate, greed and selfishness.  We all want to be loved, acknowledged and accepted. However, we cannot teach or give something we do not know or have never experienced. Some of us do not know how to love because no one has ever taught us how to love, nor have we seen healthy examples of love. This book gives excellent examples of tangible things you can do to change how you feel about yourself and begin the process.

I am so proud of Eboni for following through and completing this book! She has composed great information along with activities that includes personal stories to help you heal, grow, and love yourself from the inside out. I was really touched by her testimony and her willingness to share her story. I know you will be inspired too. Love is an Inside Job is a fabulous read for not just someone trying to find themselves but for anyone who is looking to improve their lives...and we all could use some improvement.

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and
